by one, keeping the product consistently fresh.

We are committed to assure the finest and most uniform cut or needle devein

for each. Our specially trained people will peel from the most simple

to sophisticated style: Needle Deveined, Round, Butter-round, Butterfly and

Western (All of these are available to you tail-on and tail-off).

These products can be frozen individually (by liquid nitrogen) or block. Vacuum

Packaging is now available for all raw peeled and deveined shrimp. Our wide

range of shell-on shrimp allows us to offer you a variety of sizes for all our

peeled products.
