Furthermore we have an ongoing and continual grading, packaging and freezing (block or I.F.K) process that will assure you the highest quality shell-on product.

All our different processes are supported by a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (H.A.C.C.P) system in order to guarantee consistency in quality, weight and counts.

Special packaging can be developed to suit your particular needs. At present our packaging includes:
